Terms of Service (Last Updated 7/3/2019)
General
❤ Terms of Service are subject to change without prior notice at any time.
❤ By submitting an order form, you are confirming you have read and agreed to the Terms of Service.
❤ You may only occupy one commission slot at a time.
❤ I reserve the right to decline any commission requests for any reason.
❤ You must be willing to communicate during the process of your commission to ensure utmost satisfaction. Failure to communicate will result in a late release, should you fail to communicate for an extended period of time without prior notice.
❤ If extended time without communication has passed without prior notice, it is possible you will not receive a refund, or the artwork bought. This will only apply if communication has not been established for roughly a month and is not applicable dependent on circumstances.
❤ You must provide a reference for the character you wish to be drawn.
Payment
❤ I only accept payment through Paypal.
❤ Do not pay unless I have confirmed and approved your order and have sent you an Invoice via Paypal.
❤ Full payment must be received before commission is started.
❤ All payments must be made within 72 hours after the Invoice is sent. If deadline is not met, your request will be considered void.
❤ All payments will be in USD or CAD
❤ Tips are accepted but not obligated.
Cancellation
Should the commission be cancelled for any reason, you are entitled to a refund based solely on the completion of the piece.
❤ No Progress: 100%
❤ Sketch: 70%
❤ Lineart: 50%
❤ Partially Coloured: 40%
❤ Fully Coloured No Background: 10%
❥ Should the piece be completed before you ask for a refund, you are no longer entitled to a refund.
❥ If I cancel the commission myself, these rates still apply.
❥ You will receive whatever is completed of the commission upon cancellation.
Permission & Copyright
❤ As the illustrator, I retain full rights to the artwork sold. No one is allowed to claim credit for the art itself under any circumstances whatsoever. The rights of the design of the character drawn belongs to its respective and rightful owner.
❤ No one may modify, remove or add watermarks, re-distribute in any way, or commercially use the artwork without permission. Please contact for inquiries on this matter via email at aino.commission@gmail.com
❤ Any and all artwork sold may be subject to being posted online for portfolio purposes. Should you request to keep your commission private, an extra fee of 10USD will be applied.
❤ If you make a print of any artwork done by me and put it on any merchandise for personal use that is not meant to be redistributed, please show me, as I would love to see it. Additionally, you may not redistribute or sell any designs or artwork I have sold to you even if made into merchandise by yourself.
❤ While using any artwork publicly, it is mandatory that you credit me. Please credit me under the alias Aino.
